we are available in person every day for your concerns in the practice.
For reasons of data protection, we ask you to wait outside the practice. This also has the advantage that you only have to wait once, before you come in. Once you have seen the doctor, you will be able to proceed quickly.
In urgent cases, please call the KV hotline at 116117 or one of the KV emergency service practices for adults at the same telephone number (at the UKB or at the Klinikum Friedrichshain) as well as 112 in emergencies.

Our opening hours are:
- Monday to Friday 8 am to 12 noon
Acute to the doctor:
- Mon to Fri 8-9h
Vaccinations/prescriptions/referrals for collection:
- Monday to Friday 10 am to 11 am and Wednesday 3pm to 5pm
Nurse consultation:
- Monday 3 to 5 pm
(repetition prescriptions and referrals, appointments, pick up medical reports)
Other appointment hours by arrangement
Due to the acute shortage of medical and non-medical staff, we can only treat our existing patients during the acute consultation hours.
We kindly ask you NOT to visit our practice after 9am or in the afternoon in case of acute complaints. This is what the hospital emergency departments are there for.
We will charge you privately for such consultations with immediate effect.
